Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all cakes orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once picked up. Cakes leave our care in good condition, and once collected, responsibility transfers to the customer. Proper handling and transportation are essential. For guidance, please refer to our Cake Care Instruction   you will find it at Info.

Changes to Orders

• Cancellations must be made at least 14 days (2 weeks) in advance to be eligible for a refund.
• Approved refunds will incur a 15% administrative fee, which will be deducted from the total amount paid.
• For cancellations made within 7 days (1 week), 50% of the total amount paid will be deducted.
• Cancellations made after 7 days of pickup date are non-refundable.
